Uprise has been my sanctuary since the day they opened.

What started as an escape from my apartment in the dark of January quickly became so much more than yoga or fitness—I realized it revolved around community.

This studio is where we heal, cry, sweat, dance, learn, and support each other. It’s where I’ve grown stronger in both body and mind, completed my 200hr yoga teacher training, attended over 200 classes, and lost count of how many I’ve taught.

Uprise is full of life and love, and I’m beyond grateful to share my art in this space.🌱
